Return Process

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the specific reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Prepare the Materials

  For physical books or DVDs, ensure items are in their original packaging; for digital courses, ensure you have not completed more than 25% of the curriculum.

  Submit for Review

  Ship physical goods back to our warehouse using the provided label or wait for our digital team to verify your course access logs.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is processed, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
